Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Employer Branding: Developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent. This includes creating engaging job descriptions and showcasing the company's culture and values.
Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization and have a positive start.

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Good at organizing documents and files in a systematic manner
Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
