- Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth interview process.

- Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization and have a positive start.

- Talent Pipeline Development: Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good at organizing documents and files in a systematic manner
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
