CRITERIA :
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Correspondence and respond to phone calls, and written inquiries from patients and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedules appointments for patients, and collects and inputs information into the system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Involve in receiving and processing patients' insurance guarantee letters from insurance companies
- To handle patient complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- To take the extra mile to engage patients, identify and assess patients' needs and achieve satisfaction
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the highest level of commitment, compassion, and customer service for all of our patients, providers, and other team members.
- Maintain composure during moments of stress and maintain a helpful disposition at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling, communication skills, and active listening
- Willing to work as a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Have knowledge and understanding of insurance eligibility
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
