Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive-Operations with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and be a native Vietnamese speaker. This role involves providing exceptional customer support in a Hi-Tech and Services environment. The position is based in our office and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese to assist customers with their needs.
  • Utilize technical skills to navigate and troubleshoot customer issues within the Hi-Tech and Services domains.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
  • Assist in the development of customer support materials and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to help improve service quality.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong English speaking skills.
  • Must be a native Vietnamese speaker with the ability to read write and speak the language fluently.
  • Experience in customer support within the Hi-Tech and Services domains is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
