Responsibilities:

  • Submitting regular reports on lead generation performance, market trends and the effectiveness of outreach strategies;
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve lead generation targets as set by Management;
  • Use data to assess the success of lead generation efforts, effectiveness of sales strategies and refine strategies for optimal results;
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities;
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market changes;
  • Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking and digital marketing; ensure the qualify leads align with the company’s target market;
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to explore lead referrals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction;
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the business network;
  • Develop compelling pitches and presentations to successfully convert qualified leads into clients;
  • Communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services effectively;
  • Prepare and present business proposals; negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts;
  • Partner with Account Managers to support the closing of deals and achievement of sales targets;
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery or implementation team;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations teams to align strategies and offerings;
  • Engage in professional development and training opportunities;
  • Manage administrative tasks related to lead generation activities, including maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time; and
  • Complying with department guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in IT industry.
  • Sales oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL/ Selangor.
  • Able to travel as required.
  • Office located at 3 Two Square, PJ.
  • 1 year contract

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
