Ø Assists Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring the service smoothness of all Banquet and Outside Functions by coordinating day to day Operations of the Banquet Department, both administrative and operational.
Ø Accountable for all overall service in his banquet zone
Ø Scheduling service staff according to banquet functions, thus allowing enough preparation time and planning
Ø In charge of all seating plans and ensures that all requirements for set ups are carried out according to plans and requirement by the guest.
Ø Ensure that all tables are numbered and assigned two hours before the actual arrival of guest or as when required by the guest.
Ø Ensure the briefing is conducted by him/her or the personnel he/she delegate the task to should comply to the following format
Ø Checks and assures that no equipment or linen is misused
Ø Ensuring all set up to the Quality Service Standard
Ø He/she is to introduce to the organizers and advice the guest on his/her communication channel for easier communication whenever the guest require assistance.
Ø To assist the organizer and from time to time check with organizer on the outcome or
status of the function, must portray an image of being helpful personnel
Ø Must report all accident in details ( to highlight the action taken and the solution)
Ø Implement last minute changes as directed by the Guest (organizer) or by authorized personnel in a way that will satisfy the guests without compromising the hotel
Ø To ensure that all AV equipment is properly set before function and it is in working conditions.
Ø Controls the set up and dismantling of all banquet rooms, Supervised the tidiness and cleanliness of the Banquet storerooms, the function rooms, Ballroom and Baba Nyonya Ballroom.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
