HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Duties and Responsibilities:-
*Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
*Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
*Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
*Prepare report on staff attendance records as and when required
* Monitor access card system (program access cards, check door access time to time basis, generate attendance reports as and when required)
*Support other assigned functions.
Required Education & Experience:
*Diploma / Degree in Human Resource and other relevant fields.
*Minimum 1 year of HR administrative experience.
*Without experience also may apply (training will be given)
Skills & Ability:
*Have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
*Team player with an eagerness to learn about HR.
*Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
