Job Responsibilities
- Order Management: Manage customer orders, including order review, entry into the ERP system, modification, and cancellation. Regularly reconcile open orders with customers and clear overdue orders.
- Shipment Arrangements: Prepare shipping documents (e.g., delivery notes, CIPL documents) based on internal shipping requirements, arrange shipments, and handle billing.
- Reconciliation and Payment Collection: Complete customer account reconciliations and invoice issuance on time. Confirm payment schedules and follow up on payments to ensure accurate accounts receivable data reconciliation.
- Process Improvement: Regularly analyze customer payment performance and logistics costs, identify issues, and drive improvements.
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure effective coordination and communication.
2.0 Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and above; at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in ERP, EMS systems, Microsoft Office applications and other common office software.
- Familiarity with order management processes and strong data analysis skills.
- Proactive, highly resilient under pressure, quick learner with strong responsibility, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and summarize effectively.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin speaker is an added advantage (liaison with China counterpart).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
