- Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback

- Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements

- Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
- Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- High level of integrity, initiative, commitment, and sense of urgency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
