  • Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
  • Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • High level of integrity, initiative, commitment, and sense of urgency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
