Project Administrator JOHOR BAHRU
Job Responsibilities
1. Client/Maincon Support
- Professional writing including letters, memos and news releases
- Scribe for client meetings, board meetings, etc.
- Preparing proposals and client documents
- Updating on-line resources using content management systems
- List management and distribution for email project campaigns
2. Data Support
- Data base management and report preparation
- Reconciling invoices and receipts
- Purchasing and vendor communication
- Preparation of time reports and client billing information
3. Communication Support
- Calendar management including scheduling appointments & resources
- Event organization and planning assistance
- Contact and scheduling with vendors
Requirements
1. Must be willing to work Monday-Friday and alternate Saturday.
2. Bachelor’s Degree with accounting or business preferred.
3. Prefer 1-2 years of knowledge and experience with construction accounting practices.
4. Experience or knowledge with lien waiver and insurance requirements, subcontractor insurance verification, and W-9 requirements.
5. Experience with spreadsheets required.
6. Experience with PDF programs required.
7. Experience or knowledge with standard contract terms and conditions
8. Experience or knowledge of project structure in a construction environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
