Role Overview:
The Personal Assistant will manage the Director’s schedule, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups on action items.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and errands as required by the Director.
- Skills:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
