Role Overview:

The Personal Assistant will manage the Director’s schedule, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups on action items.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and errands as required by the Director.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
