Job Responsibility & Duties:
- Provide personalized service to customer.
- Solve customer complaint, inquiries and request.
- Collecting feedback from customer if required.
- Hire the right candidate for the right position within the given time frame.
- Conduct the entire interview process, including phone interviews, first interviews, and shortlisting talents for hiring managers.
- Enhance and update the latest information such as policies, procedures, issuing letters, employee handbook, performance appraisal/tracking, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure the annual operation license with the government is renewed.
- Liaise with agency and government if necessary.
- Update reports and create folder for each candidate.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
