Job Responsibility & Duties:

Provide personalized service to customer.
Solve customer complaint, inquiries and request.
Collecting feedback from customer if required.
Hire the right candidate for the right position within the given time frame.
Conduct the entire interview process, including phone interviews, first interviews, and shortlisting talents for hiring managers.
Enhance and update the latest information such as policies, procedures, issuing letters, employee handbook, performance appraisal/tracking, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure the annual operation license with the government is renewed.
Liaise with agency and government if necessary.
Update reports and create folder for each candidate.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role or Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
