Human Resources Management

  • Manage the Group’s Human Resource operations in an efficient manner:
  • Ensure smooth and organized payroll operations for all Malaysia and Indonesia subsidiaries
  • Continuously improve compensation and benefit packages that attract and retain talent for the Group
  • Develop appropriate talent acquisition strategies and manage the Group’s recruitment lifecycle
  • Identify training needs of different departments and develop programs or initiatives to close skills gaps
  • Lead initiatives in optimizing the organization culture, such initiatives include employee engagements, company policy reviews and workplace infrastructure enhancements
  • Lead talent management for the Group, including organization structure optimization, succession planning, talent acquisition, talent retention and career path planning
  • Run outreach programmes with higher education institutions in bridging industrial needs for the Group and constantly bringing in young talent for the Group

Administrative Management:

  • Ensure workplace infrastructures (Selangor, Johor, Jakarta, Bangkok) are well in place
  • Lead workplace infrastructure improvements, in align with the group’s talent and culture strategies
  • Continuous staff engagement activities for all employees in the group
  • Ensure daily administrative operations are run smoothly and efficiently
  • Lead all employee wellbeing initiatives in the Group

Requirements

  • Strong interest to drive process improvements and lead HR initiatives in creative ways, with proven experience an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR management and administrative functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Being tech-savvy can be a plus point.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
