  • Responsible to assist the GHRM in the HR Admin including T&D, Recruitment, ISO, DQMR, Welfare, Disciplinary, Case Investigation, DI, P O, Enforcement and KRA
  • Responsible to assist the GHRM in the HR Payroll job tasks.
  • Assist to ensure that all HR Admin & Payroll operations activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
  • Responsible for process improvement and enhancement.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
  • Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with the specified policies and procedures and the requirements of ISO
  • Keep HQ departments and sites / branches abreast on all HR & Payroll policies and procedures implemented / updated / executed.
  • Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action(s).
  • Review and continuously improve on existing HR Payroll system and procedures.
  • Develops and fosters good working relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Implement and execute all HR Payroll policies / procedures and ensure compliance to the Company’s ISO standards.
  • Assist the HRM to identify, set and implement HR Payroll operation standards for VTS of Companies.
  • Assist the HRM to review, realign, reengineer and / or fine-tune HR Payroll operations to achieve optimum and maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor and ensure proper filing for all documents, files and other important documents under your charge.
  • Follow-up with various HQ departments and site/branches on all HR Payroll related matters while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as scheduled by the Management.
  • Monitor various documents deadlines and highlight delays / lapse to the required.
  • Assist to propose, implement and execute all section procedures and ensure compliance to the Company’s ISO standards.
  • Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, work quality and work innovation. Focus on better and more cost-effective methods.
  • Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Company.
  • Attend to any other duties assigned by the Management.
  • Performs all other scope of works and / or responsibilities which can vary, from time-to-time, as instructed by the Management.
  • In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
