  • Arrange regular visits to service existing clients accounts
  • Assist clients with repair, maintenance and service inquiries
  • Recommend suitable Repair and Maintenance services for clients in a timely manner
  • Book vehicle service appointments for clients at workshop
  • Attend Sales Meetings/Training with Sales Manager at Petaling Jaya HQ when required
  • Provide weekly update/feedback to Sales Manager on existing clients
  • Develop new sales opportunities with potential clients by introducing company and services
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Sales Manager
  • Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maintain sales records and provide weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Commision pay provided

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
