Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and assess existing vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance, delays, or discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.

- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs to support product development with sourcing of new materials / packaging.

- Handle supplier litigation; work closely with sales and customer service team to plan and arrange supplier returns effectively.
- Oversee the entire purchasing process, including PO management, delivery follow-up, shipping document updates, and related tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyse data and manage reports.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
