Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR)

Job Overview:

· Credit Control – following up on collection from Customers following Group policies and procedures.

· Ensure timely billing & collections for different type of Customer’s profiling and billing according to the Terms and Conditions setup in the agreements.

· Analysing and extract data from ticketing, Point of Sales (“POS”) and other vendor POS system and ensuring AR transactions/journals are captured accurately.

· Reconcile and update daily collection from various merchant statements against bank statements and update collections into Accounting System on a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Issuance of sales invoice for various types of invoicing arrangement.

· Analysing and checking data generated from system for various entities.

· Following up on collection of debts.

· Interface with customers on various matters.

· Any other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance and Account Receivable.
• Education: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Skills Requirements:

· Understand SST and Microsoft proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel Intermediate/Advance level.

· Experience in handling workflow automation using cloud based system will be an added advantage.

· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical and meticulous for details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
