Senior Executive Human Capital Development

Job Purpose:

Manage all learning and development initiatives to ensure continuous enhancement of learning experience for all Dialog Group employees to sustain a highly competent talent pool across Dialog Group of businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute end-to-end Training Need Analysis processes to identify training needs, form and action plan and implement appropriate training solutions to meet competence requirements for all employees
2. Propose and manage learning alliances and strategic partnership with consultants, colleges, universities, industry groups and vendors to develop and/deliver of training programmes within Dialog Group’s policies and business needs.
3. Manage all HRDF claims, documentations and applications.
4. Review continuous evaluation of training policies and modules to ensure effective learning and enhancement of competencies aligned to business objectives.
5. Liaise with HR team and Department Heads to build and facilitate the social communities (e.g learning communities and internal subject matter experts) towards a culture of collaborative learning and social learning.
6. Implement all talent development initiatives in alignment with Dialog Group’s succession planning strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Learning & Development (L&D).
• Experience in training coordination, training administration and HRDF administration is a must.
• Should have at least administered or implemented one of these L&D projects or programs, e.g. Young Grad Program, Leadership Program, e-learning and competency framework & standards development and assessment.
• Experience in using Learning Management System (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Talent LMS, Docebo, Moodle and etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to work in Dialog Terminals Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru
