Responsible for payroll processing for Executive and below; 4. Responsible for Contract Workers Wages, Attendance & Leave Updates; 5. Oversee recruitment process handled by HR Coordinator, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to hiring, including drafting and posting of job advertisement for Executive and below vacancies (including contract workers); 6. Responsible for foreign workers’ discipline and welfare including handling foreign workers’ feedback, and grievances. 7. Responsible for preparing Human Resource related letters including Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letter, Increment Letter, Termination Letter, Warning Letter and etc.; 8. Oversee other duties and responsibilities of HR & Coordinator and provide back-up if necessary; 9. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
