1. Report to Finance Manager. 2. To prepare accounting entries and financial report. For example, Balance Sheet, Profit and Lost Accounts, General Ledger, and Journal Entries. 3. In charge of year end fixed asset counts. 4. Liaise with external parties such as audit firm, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and others related third party. 5. Prepare an accounting report for yearly audit purpose. 6. Responsible for the full spectrum of accounts function. 7. To ensure smooth running accounts related matter. 8. To ensure that accounting report are accurate. 9. Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups. 10. Reconciles all revenues collected on a daily basis. Checks balances against accounting receipt records. 11. Posts accounting data by hand or by computer data entry in the cash journal on a daily basis and maintains trial balance. 12. To prepare monthly bank reconciliation. 13. Issue payment voucher and manage account department documentation. 14. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
