Roles & Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management: Liaise with CM partners to ensure clear understanding of technical
expectations / specifications during operations. Act as the key technical expert to CM partners regarding
manufacturing operations.
Operational & Engineering Management: Proactively manage CM execution
Collaborate with CM engineers to troubleshoot operational issues in production, improve process efficiencies to gain
productivity.
Problem Resolution: Identify and address any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing (e.g., equipment
malfunctions / process deviations). Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and change request
reviews.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with CMs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in
manufacturing process and value engineering opportunities.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to ensure the production of highquality
products at incoming, in process and outgoing. Work closely together with internal teams (e.g., quality) to
conduct regular audits / inspections of manufacturing process.
Performance Management: to day operational performance on the ground and provide regular
updates to CM Managers.
Project Management: Maintains a clear status of all projects and KPI performance under his/her care within the
External Manufacturing function and able to escalate risks to management.
Data Analytics: Ability to develop and implement real-time dashboards to establish clear overview of matrices and
use data analytics to continuously improve team performance.
Requirements
engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is
a must.
At least 5 years of working experience manufacturing (data analytics, operations, quality, technology, planning)
function and semiconductors required.
Experience in External & Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Process & Quality Management.
Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical/Electronic Drawings as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities, able to coordinate and facilitate across various internal
and external functions to achieve the desired outcomes.
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma and risk management tools (e.g., FMEA)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead projects regionally and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
