Role & Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and enter Sales Orders into SAP for spare parts and services, ensuring accuracy in relation to the Purchase Order (PO). Manage and update Service Contract details in SAP and maintain accurate information in the Customer Equipment Card (CEC) system. Coordinate product deliveries by liaising with the Supply Chain department to arrange logistics as required by customers, engineers, or the sales team.
- Responsible for Inhouse Repair Record and update the new and pending instrument repair cases and following up with engineers and suppliers on repair status and ensuring timely resolution. Facilitate correspondence with forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient import/export processes for Depot Repair cases.
- Update and Manage Service Calls and Customer Equipment Card in SAP. Create and manage service calls in SAP for tasks such as Testing & Commissioning (T&C), breakdowns, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and in-house repairs. Update the Customer Equipment Card (CEC) in SAP for new installations, terminations, and cases related to Purchase, RRP, Loan, GRN, and NCR. Update and close service calls in SAP and generate Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices for billing purposes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
