Senior Executive, Sales Planning & Insights

Reports To

Manager, Sales Development & Analytics

Role Purpose

Accountable for creating and implementing plans to help the organization achieve sales goals which include analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and developing effective sales strategies. The position also involves setting and monitoring sales targets, tracking performance, providing regular reports to Senior Management and managing special projects.

Key Accountability
  • Managing After Flown Incentive Scheme (AFIS) scheme: Preparing letter offers, monitor and tracking revenue, cost and related issues.
  • Managing other commission and incentive schemes: Preparing letter offers (if any), monitor and tracking revenue, cost and related issues.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring and analyze sales performance and adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy in sales efforts.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
  • Continuously seek out new opportunities for sales growth and evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • To plan, manage and execute special projects (if any).
Qualification & Experience
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or any related field
  • Years of Experience :1-3 years of working experience in related fields
  • Areas of Experience :
    1. Experience in sales planning and strategy development
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    3. Experience and knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry trends and best practices in West countries
