Our mission is to provide high-performance chemical solutions to industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, and municipalities. We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the wastewater chemical supply sector across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the wastewater chemical market, targeting industries with high water treatment demands.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and maximize market penetration.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key industrial clients, municipalities, and water treatment operators.
Identify new business opportunities in the wastewater treatment sector and devise strategies to capture market share.
Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Work closely with the technical team to provide customized chemical solutions for clients' specific water treatment needs.
Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the chemical supply, wastewater treatment, or related industrial sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a history of managing successful sales teams.
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and chemicals used in industrial applications.
Experience in managing large accounts and relationships with industrial clients or municipalities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia and Southeast Asia to meet with clients and partners.
