- To advertise the empty unit property and attend to prospective tenants.
- To do background search and check on the prospective tenant.
- To do search on the other properties, especially the new property project.
- To monitor the outstanding rental, utilities and others.
- To handle property key/access card handover and conduct pre-handover inspection for new tenants or expiring tenants return process.
- To respond to tenants’ complaints and resolve problems.
- To follow-up payment of maintenance fee, assessment rent, quit rent, electricity, water and other building maintenance-related fees.
- To represent the company to attend the property AGM and provide the updates to management.
- To maintain insurance policy record. Needs to keep track of insurance expiration date and ensure the renewal is made in time.
- To update the master list, manage the tenant files, and send the update to management.
- To liaise with lawyer on preparation of tenancy agreement and litigation.
- To communicate and follow through with relevant authorities, access, when necessary.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must have Diploma or Degree
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Word/ Excel
- Strong organizational and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent time management and effective planning.
- Advantage for those with property management company experience
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
