About the Role

This position is in Swift's ever-growing domain of the Data & Services Tribe. Specifically in the Post-Transaction Business Area, the Business Analyst will work primarily on products in the Compliance & Risk, and Traffic Reporting space.

What to expect?

  • Transversal work within the Business Analyst's Chapter will also be required especially for alignment and consistency topics.

  • Initially under the guidance of a more senior Business Consultant, day-to-day work will involve translating customer requirements into technical specifications for small-to-medium size/complexity projects ensuring customer's business problems are solved.

  • Troubleshooting, planning, User Story refinement, and data modelling will also be a significant part of the job.

What will make you successful?

Education

  • University degree in Computer Science, electronic engineering or equivalent. Post-graduate in Marketing / MBA or equivalent is an asset.

Experience

  • Requires at least 3 years experience in Functional Analysis.

  • The ideal candidate would have prior experience in Business Analysis at functional level involving data tools in a Business Intelligence landscape. Data modelling techniques such as UML and ERM, as well as SQL knowledge are a must.

  • Knowledge of industry-leading Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy is a plus.
