  • Responsible for managing the daily administrative and operational affairs of the CEO.
  • Schedule appointments, travel arrangements/visa applications, and coordinate business schedules, itineraries, meeting minutes, agendas, and general correspondence.
  • Handle personal and private/confidential matters for the CEO and immediate family members.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events/roadshows/activities/training sessions, etc.
  • Willing to take on additional work responsibilities when required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Assist the CEO with daily office activities and operations.
  • Receive, direct, and forward phone calls and email messages.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum qualifications in Business Studies/Economics/Administrative Management/Management, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Must be able to translate directly in Mandarin.
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle various situations with a high level of tact and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete urgent tasks on time.
  • Positive thinker with IT knowledge and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to travel when required.
  • Driving for transportation and business trips as needed.
