Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and personnel tasks, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates for key roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic support in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Oversee internal talent development programs, supporting employee skill growth and retention.
- Drive initiatives in talent development, including performance management, employee engagement, and career advancement opportunities.
- Assist in employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences for new hires.
- Collaborate with management on succession planning and workforce development to meet the company’s evolving needs.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, with strong proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Relevant HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition and headhunting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
