Corporate HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and personnel tasks, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
• Build and maintain a talent pool to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates for key roles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic support in sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Oversee internal talent development programs, supporting employee skill growth and retention.
• Drive initiatives in talent development, including performance management, employee engagement, and career advancement opportunities.
• Assist in employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences for new hires.
• Collaborate with management on succession planning and workforce development to meet the company’s evolving needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with strong proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
• Relevant HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition and headhunting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to attract, engage, and retain top talent
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• No age restrictions; we value experience and maturity

Preferred Skills:

• Strategic mindset with experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives
• Familiarity with HR software and talent management tools is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR
