- -Campaign Strategy and Execution -Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). -Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI. -Data-Driven Optimization -Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance, lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and increase conversions. -Use A/B testing and other techniques to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting. -Analytics and Reporting Track key performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance tools. -Generate and present performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization. -Audience Segmentation and Targeting -Leverage audience data to develop targeted campaigns that reach specific segments of potential customers. -Use demographic, geographic, and behavioral data to refine targeting strategies and improve ad effectiveness. -Cross-Channel Integration -Integrate campaigns across different performance marketing channels to ensure consistency and maximize performance. -Coordinate with other teams (content, design, etc.) to ensure campaign elements are aligned and optimized. -Budget and Bid Management -Monitor campaign spending and adjust bids to ensure cost-effectiveness. -Provide budget forecasts and manage the overall marketing budget to meet KPIs. -Market Research and Trends -Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. -Analyze competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. -Collaboration -Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. -Work with the product team to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
Education and Experience:
- -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. -Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (1 years preferred).
Skills:
- -Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). -Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization tools. -Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. -Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
