Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire, retain, and grow business with assigned key accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth customer research to understand client needs, challenges, and buying processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to account renewal.
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Prepare various monthly reports for assigned customers
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing Management, Sales, or a related field in retail or FMCG industry
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota attainment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Google GSuite and MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Ability to review and summarize complex documents, experience in business proposal writing
  • Own transport and being able to outstation are preferred
  • Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja by mid-2025), currently based in Petaling Jaya.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
