Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Identification:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and product teams to define and refine the company’s KOL strategy.
  • Establish partnerships with KOLs for endorsement, content creation, or co-branded campaigns, depending on business needs.

Candidate Screening & Engagement:

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit, technical expertise, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and facilitate negotiations and offer letters, ensuring competitive and appealing compensation packages.

Employer Branding & Outreach:

  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization’s culture, values, and mission to prospective candidates, particularly in KOL and influencer spaces.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and meetups to connect with potential candidates, especially KOLs and industry influencers.
  • Manage internal and external communications related to recruitment efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, PR, product, and senior leadership teams, to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and KOL outreach.
  • Ensure that recruitment processes are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and refine the talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, especially in the KOL and influencer marketing space.
  • Track the success of KOL partnerships and contribute to long-term relationship-building strategies.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting KOLs, influencers, or high-profile individuals is highly desirable.
