Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team at Ren Hao SEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page optimization, Technical SEO
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines (On-page SEO).
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and other relevant tools.
  • Generate and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure alignment with SEO objectives.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend necessary improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance SEO campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor junior SEO team members or interns when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience or case record in SEO (agency or in-house or personal).
  • Data-Driven Thinking, good at analyzing data, formulating strategies, and continuously optimizing based on data.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and link-building strategies and demonstrate clear SEO strategy
  • Experience with on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, and website platforms such as WordPress is a plus.
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with industry changes
