- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Possess at least a diploma in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplaces.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and liaise with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Possess at least a diploma in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
