Customer Service Specialist 中文客服 - Non Voice (Travel Industry)
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat/email about online travel agency/related products
- Provide friendly and efficient service to the travel community of our client.
- Inquiries include refunds, cancellations, delay requests, complaints
- Process reservations or support work relating to travelling/related products
- Manages feedback/complaints and liaise with back end support to resolve members’ issues
- Advise on latest promotions
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (speaking, reading, and typing) is required.
- Average English communication skills.
- Willingness to work 5 working days with 2 off days (8am - 11pm) including public holidays.
- Able to work in KL Sentral (fully on-site office, easily accessible by LRT and MRT).
- Interest in customer service and the Travel industry.
- Ability to proactively and independently work towards meeting targets and goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
