Oversees the human resources database. Ensure that systems records are accurately recorded and cross-checked Ensure that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company Policies and procedures Prepares recruitment list and job posting Computes and records payroll data as scheduled Track and resolves payroll errors. Completes payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary Receive and tracks employment applications Stays well informed regarding human resource development Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly Type memos, internal correspondence letter, official letter etc regarding human resource issue Collecting employee probationary period appraisal Preparing salary voucher, payslip, claim sheet, allowance etc as requested To deal with local authorities such as EPF, SOCSO and LHDN for the employee benefit To fill in form regarding employee claim and compile all the supporting document To follow up with the local authorities such as LHDn, MPL, Pejabat Tanah etc for the certain project assigned Update and maintain all personnel file To provide administrative support to management Compile data and maintain statistical data as required Obtains and conveys information as needed Perform miscellaneous clerical functions such as filing, typing, distributing memos etc To prepare office services such as records, schedule, programs etc Other duties as assigned
