- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop ideas for community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Independently design and arrange the placement of physical marketing materials, such as banners, flyers, and store decorations.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events or exhibitions to increase brand awareness.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles for Marketing Executive
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Marketing Assistant roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and website management tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop marketing campaigns and materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video editing is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without close supervision.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
