  • Follow up with customers, including during non-working hours.
  • Ensure phone is always on and responsive (no Single tick status).
  • All communications with customers should be by WhatsApp using a laptop provided by the company. Ultra team viewer should be provided in the morning to your manager. This is to ensure your communications with customer is precise and the manager will help you to improve your skill too.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly approval targets.
  • Manage assigned leads, including on public holidays and after work hours.
  • Apply for leave at least one week in advance.
  • Adhere to the company's public holiday schedule, with the possibility of receiving additional leads.
  • Salary payout before the 5th of the following month; commission payout before the 25th of the following month.
  • All cases should be completed disbursements before the 20th of the following month to be eligible for commission calculation.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to follow up with customers outside standard working hours.
  • Regularly follow up with assigned leads.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

    Working Hours

    • Mon to Friday 10 AM - 7PM (with an hour of lunch break)
