- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, office visits and other means.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for tender or potential customer.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products / services.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to help refine our sales and marketing efforts.
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in Third Party Administration (TPA) / Insurance Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team lead.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Salary package: Basic salary + Commission + Annual Bonus (subject to KPI and Company performance)
- 16 days Annual Leave, birthday leave, Clinical Claims and parking.
