  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for tender or potential customer.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products / services.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to help refine our sales and marketing efforts.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in Third Party Administration (TPA) / Insurance Industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team lead.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Salary package: Basic salary + Commission + Annual Bonus (subject to KPI and Company performance)
  • 16 days Annual Leave, birthday leave, Clinical Claims and parking.
