Position: HR and Admin Intern

Job Description

1) Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

2) Maintain HR databases and personnel records.

3) Handle HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding forms, and employee files.

4) Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

5) Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management.

6) Ensure documents are well-organized and properly filed.

7) Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.

8) Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

9) Provide support for the company activities as assigned.

What we are looking for

1) It would be an advantage to have an academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or from relevant fields.

2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3) Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

4) Strong organizational and time management skills.

5) Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
