Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing tenders, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
