Production Planner cum Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.
• Write all the orders by using template given in production order books respectively once received Purchase Order from Admin Clerk or directly from customer/s.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase Department to ensure the availability of materials needed for production.
• Liaise with customer, Purchase Department, Human Resource Department, Warehouse & Logistic Department, and maintenance team to ensure all workers, material and machinery will be available when required.
• Monitor project progress in daily basis to ensure it is following the schedule.
• Troubleshoot problem that occur during production, including staff shortage and machinery malfunction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and orders. Provide timely updates on order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align customer needs with production capabilities.
• Prepare report about production process for management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
• Any ad hoc as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree or Certificates in any related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting Software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mandarin speaker required.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
• Lunch break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
