HR Administration:
1. HR Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
2. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees are aware of and comply with company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with legal standards.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as per SOP, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and job descriptions.
- Coordinate HR projects and events as needed.
Employee Relations:
1. Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and job satisfaction.
2. Conflict Resolution:
- Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
3. Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
4. Employee Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate open and effective communication between employees and management.
- Provide regular updates to employees on HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
1. Compensation Management:
- Develop and manage the company’s compensation structure, including salary ranges, job evaluations, and pay grades.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Oversee the annual Performance Management System (PMS), salary review process, including performance-based pay adjustments and promotions.
2. Benefits Administration:
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Negotiate with benefits providers to secure cost-effective and comprehensive benefits packages.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with benefits enrolment and inquiries.
3. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits-related regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits programs.
Various ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the company SOP from time to time
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
