We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Create and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals, adhering to quality standards.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling, sales reports, and payroll, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and promote teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, customer service, and health and safety regulations
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
  • Experience in managing multiple outlets, demonstrating the ability to oversee operations and ensure consistency across locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
