  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to review sales performance, product range, and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate and manage pricing and contract terms with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, and that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Negotiate on product launches, pricing strategy, space management and both national and local promotional activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
