- Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing accounts, such as cross-selling and upselling products, and expanding product lines.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report on account performance, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review sales performance, product range, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate and manage pricing and contract terms with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, and that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Negotiate on product launches, pricing strategy, space management and both national and local promotional activities.
