Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Work with the creative team to create campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., ads, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, traditional advertising).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to achieve better results.
  • Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, websites, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all marketing content is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and others.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and run promotions or contests to increase social media engagement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer outreach.
  • Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and customer response to optimize future campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
  • Use insights from research to inform marketing campaigns and product positioning.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Education: Candidate must posses Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages and create compelling content.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software, social media platforms).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives at once while meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and new digital marketing trends.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
