Senior Technical & Automation Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

a. Responsible for the functionality of all equipments, instruments and automation. b. Responsible for machine upgrading and continuous improvement. c. To ensure all equipments, instruction and machineries are calibrated. d. Manage and all the necessary action to ensure that equipments and machineries comply with safety rules and regulation. e. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. f. Perform ion source maintenance by replacing cathode, o-rings, and also do alignment to achieve good performance. g. Maintenance of all necessary documents as per Environment and safety Standards. h. Responsible for yield and quality improvement. i. Ensure that the required training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need. j. Work with QA team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement. k. Responsible for identifying and providing the hydrolysis maintenance training needs to production team.
