Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints from TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada platforms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
- Manage and resolve customer disputes, following up to ensure issues are addressed.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
- Ensure accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions are maintained.
Sales and Affiliate Management:
6. Identify and recruit TikTok affiliates to promote company products.
7. Allocate and manage the monthly project budget for free sample distribution to potential affiliates.
8. Build and nurture relationships with TikTok affiliates, ensuring they create and post videos on time.
9. Monitor affiliate performance and sales generated from promotional activities.
10. Achieve monthly sales targets based on affiliate-driven sales and the ROI of sent samples.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or a call center role is preferred.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada platforms is highly desirable.
- Passionate about sales and relationship management, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer service inquiries and sales projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets and build lasting partnerships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
