Job Purpose
1. To provide technical assistance to users through phone, emails of fax
2. To provide 1st level support and troubleshooting.
3. To log problems onto HPSM.
4. To submit daily, weekly and monthly helpdesk report to team leader
5. To maintain customer focus in all areas at all times.
6. To ensure there is an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement within your job function.
Qualifications & Competencies
Qualification
- At least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Window OS, Basic Networking, PC Wireless Connectivity, Lotus Notes, Window XP, and Remote Access troubleshooting knowledge.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
- Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software, network and server problems
Competencies
Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
