Primary Responsibilities: 1. Update appointments, meetings, and monthly progress report presentation for HOD. 2. Manage travel arrangements and submission of claims for the HOD. 3. Implement company policies and execute business directives, including handling letters of appointment or letter for future collaborations. 4. Handle additional duties assigned by the superior, such as filing and updating documents in SharePoint. 5. Manage and maintain records and reports of department staff movements. 6. Take initiative in improving work processes. 7. Assist in client interactions during meetings, including preparing minutes and providing complimentary drinks. 8. Coordinate communication, respond to emails, and interface with clients and other parties as directed by he HOD. 9. Support the HOD in completing their to-do list when necessary. 10. Assist the HOD in personal matters when required. 11. Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other duties assigned by the Superior.
