Digital Strategy Development: 1.· Develop and implement digital engagement strategies that drive user interaction, participation, and brand loyalty across social media, websites, email, mobile, and other online platforms.Create a holistic strategy that includes content planning, social media engagement, email marketing, and customer engagement tactics.Identify and leverage trends, insights, and technologies to maximize engagement opportunities. Content Creation & Distribution: 2.Collaborate with the content team to create relevant, engaging, and interactive content that resonates with target audiences.Oversee content distribution and scheduling across various digital channels (social media, blogs, websites, email newsletters).Ensure content is aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice. Manage and monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent engagement with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly.Develop and execute social media campaigns that increase brand visibility, user engagement, and community growth.Engage with online communities, influence, and brand advocates to promote organic engagement and increase brand reach. Data Analysis & Reporting: 3. Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement metrics across all digital channels to understand user behavior, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize campaigns. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track KPIs like traffic, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Provide regular reports to senior leadership on engagement performance, trends, and recommendations for future initiatives.Customer Journey Optimization:Collaborate with the product and customer experience teams to ensure seamless engagement throughout the customer journey, from awareness to conversion and post-purchase.Identify pain points and opportunities within the customer journey, using data to recommend and implement improvements. Campaign Management & Execution: 4. Lead the execution of integrated digital campaigns that increase customer engagement, enhance user experience, and meet business objectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, paid media, etc.) to ensure successful campaign implementation.Ensure campaigns are on time, within budget, and meet performance goals. Influencer & Partnership Collaboration: 5. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand engagement reach and build digital communities.Collaborate with influencers to co-create engaging content, driving interaction and growing brand presence.
