Senior HR Generalist

About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The Senior HR Generalist will play a sole and independent role in the HR department and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This individual will work closely with the founders to provide comprehensive HR support to all employees. Job Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Administer and manage employee performance and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Conduct training sessions on various HR topics for employees and managers. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
